like to Rent some or all of your Time Share Weeks this High
Season. The Rentals range from $700 usd to $2,500
usd per week, depending on the Size of unit, Resort and
Season. VIP weeks $4500 usd. Of the Rental Income
the first Dollars go to pay the maintenance, and the
balance goes to the Timeshare Owner via Electronic Bank
Transfer.
We have a One Time Membership Fee of $599 usd , which allows
you to Rent as many weeks a year as you desire for as long
as you wish paying the $55 usd annual card fee. As a Full
Service Travel Agency we make our profit on Tours, Excursions
and Car Rentals.
This is a Volume Business and Needs
a large supply of weeks available for rent.
We hope to Rent Weeks for you every year. Membership also
allows you to use any of 400 Resorts for approximately $450
usd per week.
